Studio Guidelines

The following guidelines are put in place to keep everyone safe during this pandemic, classes full, and us in business.
We have been fighting for this community to stay afloat, in-tact, and STRONG.
We couldn’t do it without you.
Let’s support each other and as always, if funds are an issue, PLEASE contact us.

Guidelines For Attending Classes at Underground Yoga & Meditation Center

Pre-registering online is now required, even from your car in the parking lot!

Masks must be worn from the moment you enter the studio until you exit, even while practicing. If you are unable to wear a mask for any reason, please continue to practice with us online.

Admittance into the studio 10 minutes prior to the start of class, please get to your mat as expeditiously as possible, the same when leaving.

Kindly move from your cubby to the practice floor expeditiously, respecting social distancing. Socialize from your mat. Bathroom use as needed, of course.

Place your mat only in a designated spot indicated by stickers on the floor.

As space is limited, cancellations must be at least 12 hours prior to the class start time to avoid a “no show” fee of $10, which will be charged to your credit card on file.

Bring your own mat and props, as we are not currently lending equipment. Suggestions: mat, small pillow or bolster, blanket, strap or belt, water bottle.

Please bring to your mat only what you need to practice. Leave all other belongings in the cubby or the car.

Stay home if you are not feeling well, cough, sneezing, fever, etc.

You’ll notice the retail has been scaled down to make room for more students. We plan to have a holiday sale.

Notify us immediately if you have been attending classes and you test positive for COVID-19.

Studio will be cleaned before and after class.

Thank you for your continued support. Together we will get through these challenging times. Yoga classes are a welcome relief during this time of social distancing and isolation. We will make changes as needed.
Kind, helpful feedback is welcomed.
We miss you.
Looking forward to seeing you.

Welcome back!
